Duplicate accounts — including accounts created to circumvent restrictions, access additional bonus offers, or bypass self-exclusion measures — are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

No withdrawal from an rs999 account will be processed until the account holder has successfully completed Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Minimum Age. The rs999 platform is accessible exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. rs999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle and to immediately close any Account where the 21+ requirement cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the rs999 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. rs999 makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available in all locations. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and in violation of this Agreement.
2.3 Single Account Per Person. Each individual natural person may maintain only one (1) active Account on the rs999 platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — irrespective of the personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods used — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts.
2.4 Non-Transferability. Accounts and the Balances held therein are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any interest in your Balance to any third party.
3.1 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of Account registration. This includes your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You undertake to promptly update your Account information if any details change. rs999 accepts no liability for issues arising from Account holders providing false or incomplete registration information.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have immediately notified rs999 of unauthorised access.
3.3 KYC Verification. rs999 is required by its licensing obligations to conduct KYC verification on all Account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, where applicable, evidence of payment method ownership. rs999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on Accounts at any time in accordance with its regulatory obligations.
3.4 Account Dormancy. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. rs999 may levy a monthly administrative fee on dormant Account Balances of up to PKR 200 per month after written notice has been sent to the registered contact details. Account holders may reactivate dormant Accounts by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
3.5 Notification. rs999 will communicate with Account holders via the mobile number provided at registration. It is the Account Holder's responsibility to ensure their registered contact information remains current and accurate.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. rs999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK QR, and bank transfer from major Pakistani banking institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum amounts for other methods are specified in the Cashier section of the platform.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the rs999 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rs999 does not impose currency conversion fees on Pakistani Rupee transactions. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider in processing international transactions are your sole responsibility.
4.3 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to your rs999 Account originate from payment methods that are legally owned by and registered to you personally. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
4.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits credit to your rs999 Balance within approximately 30 seconds of confirmation. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing infrastructure. rs999 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.5 Failed Transactions. In the event of a failed deposit transaction, funds are automatically returned to the originating payment account. rs999 will not retain any funds from failed transactions. Please allow up to 3 business days for failed transaction funds to be visible in your payment account.
5.1 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Account Holder has completed rs999's KYC identity verification process to the satisfaction of rs999's compliance team. This is a non-negotiable requirement of rs999's licensing obligations and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
5.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Pakistani payment accounts that have been registered in the Account Holder's verified name. rs999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The withdrawal method must correspond to the method used for depositing where technically possible.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified KYC accounts, though large withdrawals may be processed in tranches and are subject to enhanced review.
5.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for standard accounts process within 1–4 hours during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals process within 1–2 business days. VIP tier members receive accelerated processing as detailed in the VIP Programme terms available in-platform.
5.5 Right to Review. rs999 reserves the right to delay the processing of withdrawal requests pending security review, fraud investigation, or the receipt of satisfactory KYC documentation. In the event of an ongoing investigation, rs999 may suspend withdrawal access pending resolution. Account Holders will be notified of any such delay.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by rs999 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general bonus conditions, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified at the point of offer. Not all games contribute equally to satisfying wagering requirements — live casino games, slots, and sports bets contribute at different rates as specified in the applicable offer terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. rs999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; structured wagering designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements; use of any software, algorithm, or automated system in connection with bonus exploitation; and collusion between Players for the purpose of bonus exploitation.
6.4 Expiry. All Bonus Funds carry an expiry date from the date of crediting. Bonus Funds not utilised and wagering requirements not satisfied within the specified expiry period will be forfeited automatically without notice. The expiry date for each bonus is specified in the applicable offer terms.
6.5 Maximum Bonus Bet. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific offer terms, the maximum bet per round using Bonus Funds is PKR 1,000 or the table/game minimum if higher. Bets exceeding this limit placed while Bonus Funds remain active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from such bets.
6.6 Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion. If a Player requests withdrawal of funds before completing the wagering requirement on active Bonus Funds, rs999 will process the withdrawal of the real-money portion of the Balance. Any remaining Bonus Funds and their associated wagering requirement will be cancelled and forfeited at the point of withdrawal.
7.1 Accepted Bets. All bets placed on the rs999 platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. 7.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet or wager is accepted only when a bet confirmation number is issued by the rs999 system. Until confirmation is issued, no bet has been placed. rs999 accepts no liability for bets that do not receive a confirmation number due to technical issues on the Player's end.
7.3 Void Bets. rs999 reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds or game outcome were affected by a technical error; a bet was placed on a market that should have been closed; there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed in circumstances constituting fraud or match manipulation; or any other circumstance exists that renders the bet void under these Terms or the applicable game rules.
7.4 Obvious Errors. In the event of a manifest pricing or odds error, rs999 reserves the right to cancel and void all bets placed at the erroneous price, irrespective of whether those bets have already been settled. rs999 shall use commercially reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.
7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game and betting market interface. These limits are set by rs999 and may vary by game type, Player tier, and individual account settings. rs999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts without advance notice.
7.6 Fair Play and RNG. All non-live-dealer games on rs999 use independently certified RNG technology to determine outcomes. Live dealer games use physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) in licensed studio environments. The outcomes of all games are final and cannot be disputed on grounds of perceived unfairness absent demonstrable technical malfunction.
7.7 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a demonstrable technical malfunction affecting game outcome, rs999 will conduct an investigation using server-side logs. Where a malfunction is confirmed to have materially affected a game outcome, rs999 will either void the affected round and refund the stake, or where the correct outcome can be determined from server logs, settle the affected round at the correct outcome.
8.1 Commitment. rs999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe gaming environment for all players. Responsible gaming tools are a fundamental component of the rs999 platform and are available to all Account Holders at all times without restriction.

8.3 Age Restriction. rs999 operates a strict 21+ policy. Age verification is conducted at registration and enforced through KYC procedures. Players who provided false date-of-birth information at registration and are subsequently found to be under 21 will have their Accounts permanently closed and all Balance forfeited. rs999 urges all Account Holders to ensure that minors in their household cannot access the rs999 platform through their devices.
8.4 Player Monitoring. rs999 may monitor Account activity to identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour. Where such patterns are identified, rs999 may contact the Account Holder, apply protective limits, or refer the Account Holder to Responsible Gaming resources. This monitoring is conducted in the interest of player welfare and does not constitute an admission that the Account Holder has a gambling problem.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rs999 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement, entitling rs999 to immediately suspend or close the offending Account and forfeit any Balance:
10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. rs999 makes no representation or warranty that use of the platform will result in profit. All gaming and betting activities involve financial risk, and players may lose some or all of the funds they deposit. Past outcomes are not indicative of future results.
10.2 Platform Availability. While rs999 endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party payment processor outages, telecommunications failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.
10.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rs999's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Account Holder to rs999 in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. rs999 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages suffered by any Account Holder, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss, whether or not such loss was foreseeable.
10.5 Force Majeure. rs999 shall not be in breach of this Agreement and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond rs999's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, or changes in applicable law or regulation.
11.1 Ownership. All content on the rs999 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall "look and feel" of the platform — is owned by or licensed to rs999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Limited Licence. rs999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No other use is permitted.
11.3 Restrictions. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any rs999 content without prior written authorisation from rs999. Unauthorised use constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws.
12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your rs999 Account at any time by contacting the rs999 support team. Account closure will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of a valid closure request. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.2 Suspension or Termination by rs999. rs999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account without advance notice and without liability where rs999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account Holder has: breached any provision of this Agreement; engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct; failed to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe; or where rs999 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or law enforcement request.
12.3 Forfeiture on Material Breach. Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of this Agreement by the Account Holder — including breach of the single-account rule, age eligibility rule, or anti-fraud provisions — rs999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Balance held in the Account, including any real-money funds.
12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account, the Account Holder's licence to use the rs999 platform terminates immediately. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply following termination, including the limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution provisions.
13.1 Internal Complaints. If you have a complaint relating to your rs999 Account, a transaction, or the outcome of a game, you should contact rs999 customer support via 24/7 live chat or email at [email protected] in the first instance. rs999 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
13.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the response to your initial complaint, you may request escalation to rs999's Compliance and Disputes team. Escalated disputes are reviewed by a senior member of the compliance function who was not involved in the original complaint determination. Escalation responses are issued within 10 business days.
13.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution. rs999 participates in the dispute resolution mechanisms provided under its licensing conditions. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, eligible complaints may be referred to the alternative dispute resolution body designated under rs999's gaming licence, whose determination shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of rs999's licence, as specified in rs999's licensing documentation accessible upon request.
14.2 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with any specific game rules, bonus terms, and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rs999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
15.1 rs999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material in nature — including changes that affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — rs999 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Account Holders via their registered contact details before the amended terms take effect.
